Set in the intimate atmosphere of Theodora Wine Bar, in the heart of Motovun, this new episode invites you on a tasting journey inspired by the Byzantine world — where elegance, mystery, and forgotten treasures meet in your glass.
Hidden Byzantine Gems will showcase distinctive wines from Croatia, Greece, and Italy, each one paired with a carefully crafted small plate to highlight regional flavours and elevate the experience.
