Join us on Thursday 14th, Friday 15th, or Saturday 16th May for a new edition of Expats in Istria: Uncorked, our curated wine tasting series designed for the expat community in Istria.
Set in the intimate atmosphere of Theodora Wine Bar, in the heart of Motovun, this fourth episode takes you offshore, towards Italy’s islands, where salty winds, volcanic soils, and Mediterranean light shape wines of striking character.
Italy’s Islands celebrates wines born from singular and untamed landscapes. Terroirs shaped by the sea, infused with sun and minerality, where each glass evokes an island, a climate, a form of resilience. Each wine will be paired with a refined small plate, thoughtfully designed to extend the journey and reveal subtle, elegant harmonies.
